SNOW's business and ordering policies
Things you'll want to know when ordering items from our many unique shops.

Shipping and Handling

We will attempt to ship your order as soon as we receive it.

We use the US Postal Service. We have automatically added a small amount to cover insurance. This protects both our businesses and you, our valued customer. If you don't wish to pay this, you can mark it out, however we can't be responsible for lost or damaged merchandise.

Shipping and handling is based on the total of your purchases (before tax & insurance). The rates listed below are for items shipped within the United States:

Total purchases  =  shipping

$0-$25.00    =      $4.95

$25.01-$50.00  =  $7.95

$50.01-$75.00  =  $9.95

$75.01-above  =   $10.95

If ordering glass from Snowflake Glass, please refer to their specific shipping and handling rates to protect your purchases.

If you live outside the United States, please email us with the number and description of the items you are interested in and we will calculate the specific rate to wherever you live.

Ordering Information

When the businesses in SNOW created an internet presence, it was decided that for ease of ordering from different stores, only one order form would be used. Our products come from artists all over the country, but they all work through the SNOW Fullfillment Center. And you don't need to worry about which store you're making purchases from; we'll take care of that!

Returns

We want you to be satisfied. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we want to hear about it. Let us know if something is wrong and we will do what we can to make it right. Just send us an email.

We accept payment in the form of a check or money order. Please do not send cash through the mail. Send us an email with your request and we'll try to accomodate you.
